At Dickens Heath Community Primary School, we aim to address children's needs and support their development in the most appropriate way possible and celebrate children's individual successes. Additional and/or different provision is currently being made in school for children with a range of needs, including:
- Cognition and learning - specific learning difficulties - dyslexia, dyspraxia, Downs Syndrome
- Sensory and physical - hearing impairment, visual impairment, sensory processing difficulties, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
- Communication and interaction - autistic spectrum disorder, speech and language difficulties and disorder speech and language.
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health - attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, attachment disorder, anxiety disorders, tourette's syndrome
