At our school, we are committed to supporting Young Carers by creating a compassionate and understanding environment that recognises the unique challenges they face. We work to ensure these students feel valued, heard, and supported both academically and emotionally. As a school, we offer nurture opportunities and emotional support as required, providing a safe space where Young Carers can express themselves and access help when needed. Our staff are trained to identify and support Young Carers, and we work closely with families and external agencies to ensure that the right support is in place. Through targeted interventions, flexible learning arrangements, and regular check-ins, we strive to empower Young Carers and help them thrive in both their educational journey and personal lives.
